During the fall of 2023, Turnkey teamed up with Liquid I.V. to bring the Hydrate N’ Tailgate movement to college and university football fans nationwide. The goal? Get Liquid I.V. sticks into the hands of fans during high traffic tailgates and pre-game festivities. Utilizing our branded Hybrid Jeep and Bambi Airstream, our team headed to notable NCAA campuses and stadiums to catch the crowd before gametime. In each market, Turnkey managed on-the-ground street teams, coordinated product shipments, and encouraged fans to engage with the brand by scanning a QR code for an exclusive discount. Over 148,000 Liquid I.V. sticks were distributed in just two months, exceeding key performance indicators and making a significant impact on game-day hydration.
The overwhelming success of the initial program led to a few exciting follow-ups: a fully electric F1 Miami activation, and a holiday-themed nationwide tour. This time, leaning further into sustainability, swapping the Jeep for an all-electric Hummer. Expanding our reach even further, our tour team hit 20+ markets, distributing a staggering 400,000+ Liquid I.V. sticks, deepening brand awareness and cementing Liquid I.V. as a game-day essential.
