RESPONSIBILITIES

Turnkey Account Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all aspects of program management and execution for assigned projects – ensure that work is provided in a high-quality, timely, cost-effective manner; expected to run all aspects of a piece of business. 
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather required information. 
  • Create and manage follow up tasks associated with any client communication. 
  • Assist with data analysis leading to insights and recommendations to management. 
  • Assist in coordinating sales support activities including quotes and business development. 
  • Generate research for new and existing projects to ensure tasks are complete in a timely manner. 
  • Strategically communicate with vendors to develop the strongest options for specific programs. 
  • Coordinate internal documents and organize overall client portfolios. 
  • Develop project briefs to ensure events are run effectively and efficiently. 
  • On-site coordination and set up of various marketing events in the field. 
  • Train and provide feedback to junior team members. 
  • Assist with day-to-day operations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Turnkey Account Manager qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and able to focus on several different projects at once. 
  • Experience with content management systems, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours for events or projects, as required, and ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to travel for events and not opposed to some physical labor. 
  • Comfortable with phone, email and in-person communication. 
  • Eager to learn and excellent with communication. 
  • Ability to work closely with a small team on a daily basis. 
  • 2-5 years of event marketing experience required. 
  • College degree required.
