We are looking for a multi-faceted candidate ready to jump into the live events industry and produce large scale activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Turnkey Project Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate directly with clients to gather required information.
  • Create and manage follow up tasks associated with any client communication.
  • Assist with data analysis leading to insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist in coordinating sales support activities including quotes and business development.
  • Generate research for new and existing projects to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Strategically communicate with vendors to develop the strongest options for specific programs.
  • Coordinate internal documents and organize overall client portfolios.
  • Assist with drivers and vehicles files maintenance as needed.
  • Develop project briefs to ensure events are run effectively and efficiently. 
  • On-site coordination and set up of various marketing events in the field.
  • Assist with day to day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Project Coordinator qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years event marketing experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to focus on several different projects at once.
  • Experience with content management systems, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours for events or projects, as required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for time sensitive projects.
  • Ability to travel for events and not opposed to physical labor, as needed.
  • Comfortable with communication on the phone, along with in-person communication.
  • Eager to learn and excellent with communication.
  • Ability to work closely with a small team on a daily basis.
  • College degree required.
