RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand client/brand objectives and goals related to multiple projects and campaigns 
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather required information needed to manage multiple projects 
  • Create and manage follow up tasks associated with any client communication 
  • Troubleshoot and creatively solve problems that may arise during select client programs 
  • Assist in coordinating sales support activities including quotes and business development
  • Generate research for new and existing projects to ensure tasks are complete in a timely manager
  • Strategically communicate with vendors to develop the strongest options for specific programs
  • Coordinate internal documents and organize overall client portfolios
  • On-site coordination and set up of various marketing events in the field 

QUALIFICATIONS

Project Coordinator qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years event marketing experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to focus on several different projects at once
  • Experience with content management systems, specifically Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours for events or projects, as required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for time sensitive projects
  • Ability to travel for events and not opposed to physical labor, as needed
  • Comfortable with communication on the phone, along with in-person communication
  • Eager to learn and an excellent communicator
  • Ability to work closely with a small team on a daily basis
  • College degree required
