From operating mobile marketing vehicles across the nation to creating custom experiential campaigns at high-profile events, Turnkey provides top-of-the-line service. We are looking for a multi-faceted candidate ready to jump back into to the live events industry and produce large scale activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: What You’ll Do

Senior Account Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Full oversight of a multi-tier event production campaigns. This includes facilitating client requests and putting them into action.
  • Manage tour staff and vendors in the field to properly conduct a flawless event.
  • Research and secure venues for high level events across the country.
  • Work with city officials and particular regulations to facilitate proper permitting for special events.
  • Manage campaign budgets across a variety of categories and forecast issues.
  • Strategically communicate with vendors to develop the strongest options for campaign needs.
  • Develop project briefs to ensure events are run effectively and efficiently.
  • Minimal on-site coordination and set up of various marketing events in the field.
  • Train, manage and provide feedback to junior team members.
  • Develop creative solutions for brand activations and how they can be conducted effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS: What We’re Looking For

Senior Account Manager qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships across the group. Collaborative approach with all departments, particularly sales & operations.
  • Proactive and able to focus on several different projects at once.
  • Experience with content management systems, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours for events or projects, as required, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates must think on their feet and use their initiative to solve problems and deliver solutions
  • Comfortable with phone, email and in-person communication.
  • Eager to learn and excellent with communication.
  • Ability to work closely with a small team on a daily basis.
  • 4-6 years of event marketing experience preferred.
  • College degree required.
