PwC engaged Turnkey to activate their CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion tour, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. A team of (5) Turnkey managers went through extensive training and traveled nationwide to encourage individuals to sign the “I Act On” pledge as well as to address complex topics and societal issues, and were prepared for media appearances.
The focal point of the tour was a fully equipped custom double expandable coach bus that took individuals through various experiences of self-reflection, the goal of which was recognition that change needs to take place. Event locations varied from college campuses to high level corporate offices to strongly attended music festivals. The 58-week tour visited 100+ stops before being halted due to COVID in 2020.
